What was/is the inspiration for Happy Fox?

Happy Fox was the brain child of our main artist Dustee. He created happy fox to explore juxtaposition and opposites as well as to poke fun at people taking advantage of our space (I.e. some KOL’s and celebrities, etc). Seeing the overwhelming dominance or cats and dogs, choosing a fox seemed like a refreshing choice. Angel is our embodiment of death/juxtaposition

How/why did you come up with the name "happyfox666demonhourdeathwish" ?

At the time there was a meta around long descriptive names for tokens. This name was chosen to reflect some of the elements of happy fox, however, since becoming a CTO we have tried moving away from the more controversial themes around demons and Satan/666.

What does the team look like? (How many people, roles, etc.)

We have 3 artists, 2 music and content creators, and 3 community and collab managers. All coming together for this amazing community and kult. Fox is the brainchild of our primary artist and animator.

How & when did you launch the project? (Pump.fun, Raydium)

We launched fox through pumpfun on the 10th of June. Out of the gate the potential was realised and saw a parabolic run to 2.5mil market cap.

What was it like to run a project to 2.5M immediately after launch? How did you deal with the dip and what was the community like during that time?

The community was amazing and everything was in place for strong sustainable growth. There was tonnes of hype, we had kol’s onboard due to the unique concept presented. Everything went according to plane, however, due to some bad actors unfortunately took out a significant part of our community and gains. Which is quite ironic considering the themes we explore in happy Fox.  We are still working and soon enough we will turn it around to show good does win over evil

How do you involve your community in the project?

We regularly engage our community members in content, utilising art and content provided by them. Now being a CTO many of our most engaged members are part of the team creating music, memes, art, laughs and culture.

What are some obstacles the team has overcome throughout the project?

Although we saw a parabolic run and an incredible start, unfortunately due to some bad actors and internal breaches we had some major setbacks. Starting from the bottom our team has been consistently working to regain our higher highs and deliver quality, unique content.

How do you decide what content to create?

Together we regularly bounce ideas off our CTO team and community members, obtaining a range of input. The core theme of happyfox is exploring the duality of life and death, good and bad, light and dark, love and loss. Trying to capitalise of cultural trends often content will often focus this with the implementation of our happyfox theme tied in with a little bit of humor.

What do you look for in other projects you approach for collaborations?

We are all about organic growth and strong communities and unique ideas. When looking for collabs we want something that will be sustainable and mutually beneficial. Finding mag of meme  it was clear there was something unlike it and already had a dedicated community.

What are some exciting plans for the future?

We have a number of collaborations, listings and new animations lined up. Our next series of projects episodes are going to feature various celebs who have launched tokens and taken advantage of our space. Collabs with Punkko and Nutflix as well as some big communities are also in the works. Most recently we got listed on the front page of game.com.

Any advice you have to other projects pursuing the original content meta?

Be unique and trust in your creative ability. Sometimes it’s ok to go against the grain as we have done and don’t be afraid to try something new. Keep grinding and don’t let setbacks take you down even if it feels like you aren’t getting the reach you initially expected.

How has your vision for the project changed since it started?

Other than becoming a CTO and sticking to our guns, not a lot has changed in the terms of vision. We have ensured a strong community is the centre of our project.
